SUBJECT: IMPOSITION OF REGISTRY SYSTEM PURSUANT TO REVISED IRR OF RA 9184

In adherence to Section 23.4 of the Revised IRR of RA 9184, please be informed that the Mindanao University of Science and Technology through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) is hereby imposing a new Registry System for all prospective suppliers/ contractors both goods and infrastructure projects.

In view hereof, we are inviting all interested suppliers/ contractors to submit all Class "A" documents as well as other vital documents as listed below for evaluation. A registration fee amounting to Five Hundred Pesos (P500.00) renewable every two (2) years is also required upon registration. The said documents should be maintained current and updated by the registered supplier/ contractor at least once a year or more frequently when needed.

Documents Required Upon Registration:
1. Business Permit/ Mayor's Permit
2. DTI Certification/ SEC Registration
3. Tax Clearance
4. Latest Income and Business Tax Returns
5. PhilGEPS Registration
6. Company Profile

Suppliers/ Contractors who maintains a current and updated file of his Class "A" documents shall be issued a certification by this Office to that effect, which certification may be submitted to the procuring entity concerned in lieu of the foregoing Class "A" documents. All prospective suppliers/ contractors are encouraged to register since the BAC will give priority to those who are registered considering that they are already evaluated as to eligibility.
