Professional Programs: Certificate of Teaching Diploma in Teaching Special Education ENTRY REQUIREMENTS DOCTORAL PROGRAMS: To be eligible for admission to the doctoral programs, an applicant must: 1. hold a master's degree in any relevant field of study from an institution of recognized standing; 2. pass the entrance examination for graduate studies; 3. submit a study objective which would include the required research facilities, if applicable; 4. submit 2 letters of recommendation from supervisors or professors not related by consanguinity or affinity; and 5. pass the interview with the department chairperson/program coordinator.
MASTER PROGRAMS: To be eligible for admission to the master's programs, an applicant must: 1. hold a bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study from an institution of recognized standing; 2. pass the entrance examination for graduate studies; 3. submit a study objective which would include the required research facilities, if applicable; 4. submit 2 letters of recommendation from supervisors or professors not related by consanguinity or affinity; and 5. pass the interview with the department chairperson/program coordination. UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS: All freshmen applicants are required to: 1. File application form 2. Submit copy of Report Card 3. Pass the entrance examination 4. Pass the required Qualifying Examinations 5. Pass the interview by the Dean Bachelor of Technical Teacher Education To be eligible for admission to the program, an applicant must: 1. be a full pledged technician; 2. have worked in an industry for at least one (1) year in his field of specialization; 3. have good scholastic standing as manifested by his grades (with no grades lower than 80 or its equivalent); 4. be proficient in oral and written English language as shown in his grade point average in English (at least 83 or its equivalent); and 5. pass the Standardized Test of Aptitude for Teachers.
Certificate of Teaching To be eligible for admission to the program, an applicant must be a graduate of any bachelor's degree.
Diploma in Teaching Special Education To be eligible for admission to the program, an applicant must: 1. be a graduate of any teacher education program; 2. or a graduate of a non-teacher education program with at least 18 units of professional education courses.
