| Undergraduate Admission Requirements | |
| Regardless of religion, ethnicity and gender, graduates of any approved and accredited high school duly by the Department of Education (DepEd) may be admitted to Mindanao University of Science and Technology. The admission requirements may differ according to the program offered in different schools/colleges and the technical/short-term diploma program. Mindanao University of Science and Technology reserves the right not to accept any applicant whose credentials do not match the requirements, criteria, and standards of the college-degree program, and/or technical/ short-term -diploma program he/she is seeking for admission. Freshman Requirements Freshmen are classified according to the course/program they are enrolling: those admitted to 4 or 5 year-college degree programs and those admitted to 3 (or less) technical/ short-term -diploma programs. Requirements: 1. High School Report Card or Form 138 Students previously enrolled in other colleges or universities who seek admission to Mindanao University of Science and Technology in any college degree or technical/ short-term diploma programs are required to submit the following requirements: 1. Transfer Credential from Last School Attended - (Copy of TOR)
