The Administration of Various Communication Media
(Print, Web, Broadcast and Special Forms)

In all forms except broadcasting, work flows through the editorial setup as follows:

Ms. Maria Salome (Marisa) M. Manlapig

Broadcasting has its own ways. Mr. Lito Sabalbaro goes on board in commercial and government radio stations to disseminate University stories on air. Only during special occasions is television utilized.

The MUST Web is a potent information tool technically administered by the Information and Communication Technology Division, but its content is managed by PMCU. Posting of information in the web follows the standard hierarchy procedures wherein directors and heads hold responsibility on the veracity and accuracy of information lodged by information sharing participants. As a general rule for posting at the Home Page of the web, all information fed into it shall go through the editorial board of PMCU. Writers get their bylines printed.

For print media, the quarterly, semi-annual and annual publication reports are submitted to DBM, CHED, NEDA, Congress, Senate and Malacanang. They are supplemented by the MUST Update magazine for general circulation twice a year.

The special forms arise every now and then as needed by the University. They may be brochures, billboards, bulletin boards, tarpaulins, streamers, facilitation of meetings, conventions and seminars, etc.
